About Mark

With over 10 years experience in fitness, Mark brings his knowledge and expertise through 1-2-1 training and group environments. He is a qualified teacher and assessor using these skills to advance clients and fellow Personal Trainers.

Online Training with Mark

Are you at home and looking to move more, feel better and boost your immune system at the same time? If so then online training could be for you!

What is online training?

Our sessions would last 45 minutes and would take place via WhatsApp or Zoom video. They will be designed around you and your goals to help you feel fitter, stronger and more mobile.

Do I need equipment?

All workouts can be completed with body weight but if you do have equipment please let me know. I will be able to design your programme around you.

What is the difference between this and following a workout on YouTube?

Workouts will be designed around your personal goals and abilities. I will be able to motivate and encourage you personally as well as making sure your form is 100% correct.
